FAQ
Will the bot talk to my customers on its own?
Not at the start. Every reply, booking confirmation and quote is a draft you approve before it goes out. Once you trust the wording for one routine, you can choose to let that one send by itself.
What happens with a burst pipe or a gas smell?
The bot is told to escalate emergencies to you straight away instead of chatting. For gas, the customer should be told to contact the gas emergency line first.
Can it give prices?
Only ranges taken from your own price sheet. It never invents a price, and you confirm the final number.
