Question 1 of 5

What kind of business do you run?

Example result: a plumbing or home-service business

Answers: Trades & home services · eats the week: Customer support / calls, Invoices & admin · apps: Gmail / email, Google Calendar · Grok Bot · goal: Never miss a customer message

Support / front-desk agent first.

  1. Missed-call text-back that books the job · Always on (missed calls) · about 6 h a week saved (estimate)
  2. Book jobs by SMS, with your OK on every reply · Always on (inbound SMS) · about 12 h a week saved (estimate)
  3. Ask every customer for a review, with your OK on each day's list · Daily 18:00 · about 2 h a week saved (estimate)

Your answers will give a different result. Hours saved are estimates, not measured results.

How it works

  • Fixed scoring over the 46 routines in our library: your 5 answers are matched against each routine with set rules. There's no AI call.
  • The same answers always give the same 3 bots.
  • The share link holds only your 5 picks, as list choices. No name, email or anything you typed.
  • Time saved is an estimate from how long the job usually takes by hand, not a measured result.
  • The guides are mostly written by AI agents and checked against each tool's official docs.
  • Built by Rosh Perera, who runs 30+ one-job bots, and every one reports to one chief of staff bot.

What the quiz checks

  • Your type of business (10 options).
  • What eats your week (up to 2 of 8).
  • The apps you already use.
  • Which AI tool will run your bots (Grok Bot, ChatGPT, Claude or n8n).
  • What you want first (6 goals).

The 5 AI agents it can recommend

  • Chief of Staff / CEO agent: Runs your morning brief, priorities, follow-ups and weekly review so nothing slips.
  • Sales agent: Finds and qualifies leads, drafts follow-ups and keeps your pipeline moving.
  • Content agent: Turns your ideas and wins into posts, newsletters and short-form scripts on a schedule.
  • Support / front-desk agent: Drafts customer replies, books jobs and handles FAQs in your voice, with your OK before anything sends.
  • Ops & admin agent: Handles invoices, bookkeeping prep, reporting and the boring glue work.

FAQ

Is there a free quiz to find out which AI agent my business needs?

Yes, this one. It's free with no signup: answer 5 multiple-choice questions and you get the AI agent your business needs first, plus your first 3 bots with copy-ready prompts.

Which AI agents can the quiz recommend?

One of five: a Chief of Staff / CEO agent, a Sales agent, a Content agent, a Support / front-desk agent or an Ops & admin agent. Your first bot decides which one you start with.

How does the quiz pick my bots?

It scores the 46 routines in our free library against your answers: your type of business, what eats your week, the apps you already use and what you want first. The rules are fixed and run in your browser. There's no AI call, so the same answers always give the same 3 bots.

Do I need to sign up or give my email?

No. Your results show on the page straight away. The Starter Kit form under the results is optional.

Which AI tool should run my bots?

Any of the four. The prompts come in Grok Bot, ChatGPT, Claude and n8n versions. Grok Bot can run routines on a schedule and connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive and Slack, so it's our default for owners who want bots that run by themselves.

Will a bot send emails or post for me?

Not with these prompts. Every one is drafts-only: the bot prepares the email, reply or post and waits for your OK. Loosen that one routine at a time, once you trust the wording.

Can I share my results?

Yes. The results link holds only your 5 answers as list choices, so you can bookmark it or send it to a partner. It has no name, email or anything you typed.

How much time will these bots save?

Each routine shows an estimate of hours saved a week. It's an estimate from how long the job usually takes by hand, not a measured result. Check it against your own week after the first seven days.
