Which bot should I build first? Take the 5-question quiz

Five taps about your business and you get one first bot to build, picked from 41 routines in our free library, with a link to its full use case and a drafts-only prompt to copy. It runs in your browser with fixed rules: no AI call and no signup.

We're an independent site, not part of xAI. Start with one bot, check its drafts for a week, then add the next.

Question 1 of 5

What kind of business do you run?

How the quiz picks your first bot

  1. What kind of business do you run?
  2. What eats most of your week?
  3. Where does most of your work arrive?
  4. How often should your first bot run?
  5. What do you want from it first?

Each answer is matched against the 41 business routines in our library with fixed rules. The job that eats your week counts most, then where your work arrives and what you want first, then how often it runs. Ties go to the routine with the bigger time-saved estimate. Time saved is an estimate from how long the job usually takes by hand, not a measured result.

FAQ

How does the quiz pick my first bot?

It scores the 41 business routines in our free library against your 5 answers: your type of business, what eats your week, where your work arrives, how often it should run and what you want first. The rules are fixed and run in your browser. There's no AI call, so the same answers always give the same bot.

Why only one bot?

Because the safest way to start is small. Start with one bot, run it for a week with drafts you check, then add the next. When you want a short list, the free First 3 bots planner gives you three in order.

Will the bot send emails or post for me?

Not with our prompts. Every one is drafts-only: the bot prepares the email, reply or post and waits for your OK. Loosen that one routine at a time, once you trust the wording.

Which AI tool should run it?

Any of the four. Each use case page has Grok Bot, ChatGPT, Claude and n8n versions. Grok Bot can run routines on a schedule and connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive and Slack, so it's our default for owners who want bots that run by themselves. The Grok Bot setup guide walks through the first one.

Is anything I pick sent to you?

No. The quiz makes no network calls and asks for no email. Your 5 answers sit only in this page's link, as list choices, so you can bookmark it or share it.
